- Are you insured?
- Yes. $20 million public liability, and our machinery is insured. We'll send the certificate of currency on request.
- How fast can you get it off?
- We aim to finish most jobs within 48 hours of your OK. Offensive or racist graffiti goes to the front of the queue.
- Will it damage the wall or leave a mark?
- We soft wash at the lowest pressure that works and let the removers do the heavy lifting. Half our jobs don't need a pressure washer at all. Where removal would damage a painted finish, we paint it out instead, colour-matched.
- Do you do ongoing maintenance?
- Yes. Scheduled visits across your sites, plus anti-graffiti coatings so each removal is quicker.
- Can you quote from a photo?
- Usually, yes. Send a wide shot and a close-up. If we need to see it, we'll book a time.
- Do you work after hours?
- Yes. Handy for shopfronts that need it gone before opening.
- Do you do homes?
- Yes. The minimum job is $150.
- How do I pay?
- We invoice when the job's done.
