Privacy policy
Graffiti Scrubbers (ABN 96 457 511 525) runs this website. This page explains what we collect when you use it, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect what you put in the form: your name, phone number and email address, the site address or suburb, and anything optional you add, such as your organisation, your role, the surface, the size of the job, how urgent it is, a message and photos.
When you call or email us, we collect what you tell us. Our website host also keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
Why we collect it
To quote and do your job, to reply to you, to keep a record of the work, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We don’t use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Photos you send us
Photos you add to the quote form upload straight from your browser to our storage provider, Vercel, in a data centre in Sydney. We use them to quote your job, and they’re linked in the enquiry email we receive. Each photo has its own unguessable link, and only that email carries it.
Please don’t include people’s faces or anything you don’t have the right to share. Each photo is deleted automatically 90 days after it’s uploaded.
Quote requests reach us by email through our email provider, Resend, and you get an automatic reply confirming we’ve received yours. If you email us directly, we keep the thread as a record of the enquiry.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons get used, including taps on the phone number and the quote form. It doesn’t set cookies or follow you to other sites. It sends usage data to Vercel, which may process it outside Australia, and the reports we see are aggregated and don’t identify you to us.
You can block it with an ad blocker, and the site will still work.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site and the form: Vercel (hosting, photo storage and analytics), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (the bot check on the quote form, which looks at your browser rather than asking you to solve a puzzle). Each handles your information only to provide that service, and some of them store it outside Australia.
We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we only disclose it otherwise if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Photos: 90 days, then they’re deleted automatically.
Quote requests, emails and job records: as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations, which is usually up to seven years for jobs we invoice.
Server logs and analytics data: for the periods set by those providers.
Your choices
You don’t have to use the form. Call 0438 878 997 and we’ll quote from what you tell us.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We’ll do that unless we need to keep it as a business record, and we’ll tell you if so.
